Right-click on the copied file and choose Download. probably won't get to it till late tonight as I won't be around during the day when they do the patch. If you force(or your windows forcing it) game .exe to running in administrator mode, game is unable to update. Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\game\ ffxiv.exe file ("right click->properties->compatibility->Run this program as administrator". It must be uncheked!)
